Ilina Sharma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate Certificate in Addictions and Mental Health. In 2023, she moved to Toronto to pursue a diploma in Human Resource Management at George Brown College. Alongside her studies, she works at PLASP Child Care Services, supporting children with autism by developing personalized goals to improve their grooming, problem-solving, and social skills.

Her desire to deepen her understanding of mental health and apply her human resources expertise led her to volunteer with Across Boundaries. She believes her expertise and passion for community involvement will make a meaningful impact.
